"One Birthday Card was despatched 7 February and a New Home card was despatched 12 February. Neither has been delivered by 1 March. Can understand why the Birthday Card has not been received - because the person has now moved home. The New Home Card was correctly addressed, but has still not been received. No reason why not. Card now resent free of charge and received. Therefore, a satisfactory delivery has now been achieved."
