"The cards themselves arrived on time and well packaged, but the cards themselves are poorly finished: they are folded out of alignment so the left border is outside the fold and the inside right edge of the card shows when the card is closed. This also made the text un-centered. It makes them look like a sloppy DIY job. I had to send them out that way because there was no time to reorder, but I am sending one back to show the maker."

"They screwed up the address and I never received my cards. They got sent back to sender.
I checked my order and I have the correct address entered in the order. This sucks because they were supposed to be Christmas cards for my wife and now I won't have them and will have to search a local store with just a few days to spare.

"I ordered a custom card for my son's graduation and this was the first time using this site. I wanted the chance to customize it but worried it would just be a hassle as I have experienced in the past with other sites, but the whole experience customizing the card and uploading a picture was so easy. They also had a really great selection. The card came on time and it was exactly what I wanted. I was so happy with the quality. My son really liked it. The whole process was exemplary service.
