"I purchaed a dog carrier and frisbee amoung other things. I returned the frisbee, which was cool, but my dog wouldn't play with it. I also returned the carrier in it's original packaging because my dog didn't fit in it. Her head wouldn't even go in. They reimbursed the cost of the frisbee but did not reimburse the dog carrier which was over $30 because they said it was obviously used, was returned dirty and had pet hair in it. That's impossible because it was NOT used. I complained and haven't heard a peep from them. I am very disappointed in their customer service and when they say 100% satisfaction guaranteed,it's a lie."

The price on the bulk Booda bones was great and the order was shipped within 48 hours and arrived in 3 days (MI to CA), Fed Ex. I made the minimum dollar amount for no shipping charges, so I was extremely pleased. I will buy from this vendor again, providing the price on the bones stays low!"

I was going to call tomorrow if I still had not received. Mid-day I received the email so I was expecting the deliver in 3-5 days, but to my surprise it was delivered this afternoon.
