"After repeated attempts to contact the company in regards to a refund, I am still waiting after 5 weeks and 10 phone calls. If you read the policy it states please allow 4 weeks from when Greg Roberts Pet supplies receives the product back in it's warehouse, it has now been over 5 weeks. Although the prices are good, the turn around on a return and the lack of customer serice makes me cautious to order from this site or merchant again.
