What makes this even more remarkable is the fact I wasn’t in store and buying a car. I was in another state making an online parts purchase.
My tracking number wasn’t tracking, so I emailed the parts department and within minutes I had a functional tracking number which allowed me to be home when parts arrived.
They could have said tough luck, but instead treated me like I was buying a $70k truck.
I will shop here again. My only regret is I’m two hours away and won’t be able to make a vehicle purchase due to logistics.
