"WARNING!! BEWARE OF GRILL-REPAIR.COM (a/k/a MAJESTIC GRILL PARTS)
While I have participated in literally hundreds of on-line transactions over the years, this is the first and only time I have ever felt compelled to file a negative review of a business in an effort to warn others. The factual summary of my experiences are as follows:
1. On July 13, 2019, I purchased lp orifices and one lp regulator hose (needed to convert my Weber gas grill from natural gas to propane) from grill-repair.com (also known as Majestic Grill Parts);
2. After I received no confirmation of my purchase, I incorrectly believed my first transaction did not go through - so on July 17, 2019 I ordered parts again and paid Majestic a second time (again I received no confirmation of my purchase);
3. For two weeks after we provided our payments I repeatedly emailed Majestic asking for confirmation of my order and requesting a refund of my overpayment - aside from one email where Majestic wrongly claimed I had not informed them of the make/model of my grill, Majestic provided no response until I threatened to report the company and pursue a claim for the $122 we paid;
4. Finally, on July 31, 2019 I was contacted by a person identified as “Jason” who: 1) apologized for being an “****”; 2) claimed the delays were due to undiagnosed “medical issues” he was dealing with; 3) assured me the parts I ordered had been shipped; and 4) promised he would provide a refund of our approx $60 overpayment on August 1st (I accepted Jason’s apology and thanked him).
It is now August 12, 2019 ... nearly two more weeks have passed and we have NOT received shipment of any of the ordered parts, nor any refund of any portion of our overpayment!! I have repeatedly emailed Jason over the past ten days requesting a status update and we have received absolutely no response ... let alone any explanation as to why Jason misrepresented that our parts had been shipped and our refund would be provided on 8/1/19.
While Jason blames Majestic Grill Parts’ failures to meet its customer obligations on “medical issues”, I believe the negative reviews posted by other past customers detail a long history of terrible customer service and deceitful behavior by Majestic Grill Parts and Jason. At this point, since Majestic and Jason refuse to provide the parts or return our money, I am left with no option but to attempt to recover our $122 from PayPal. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and plan to file with the Florida Attorney General’s and Secretary of State’s offices.
Based on my experience with Jason, my advice is that people should AVOID ANY BUSINESS TRANSACTION WITH GRILL-REPAIR.COM AND MAJESTIC GRILL PARTS AT ALL COSTS!!
Given my very negative comments in this review, I believe it is only fair that I stand behind them by providing my name and email address if people wish to contact me with questions.

"Do not do business with these clowns. Ordered parts were never received. Company refused to respond to multiple contacts. Company did not refund monies paid. Had to lodge complaint with PayPal. Company refused to respond to PayPal. After several months, PayPal resolved the matter in my favor because Company would not respond to their inquiries. "
"I ordered from GrillParts.com via Amazon Prime App, 4 Weber grill items, 3 of which were posted w/ Free Delivery. No complaints with the products themselves but they arrived 2 days later than advertised at a cost of $16.89. The 1 item I expected a delivery charge on weighed 2lbs so I immediately sent an email with screenshots of all product listings which make it very clear 95% of the weight in this order should have been at no charge.

“Hello, I just reminded my IT director of this issue. Not certain how I didn't see it before, but you did not order this through Amazon; it was ordered directly through our website. If it were ordered through Amazon, it would have an amazon email on it. There should be a way you can email them, to ask them about that. Another very recent customer review with the exact same issues so this isn’t a one-off “oops, we’re sorry” incident.
Amazon puts tremendous pressure on their vendors to offer free shipping and I wouldn’t be surprised if this is just business as normal with GrillParts and Amazon.
These shysters as well as Amazon will never be on my radar again....time to start buying local because the convenience ain’t worth the aggravation.

But payment was grillparts.com my big mistake.sent it back with packing slip to Barbecue Renew out of FL. Tracking it returned on 7/1 called 3 times last time I was told a payment was made back to a 3rd party person who can not be reached. "My regular went bad, so I ordered another one along with some other grill parts. When the regulator came I still had a problem. Little fustrated I shot off an e-mail not really expecting a response. By the next day, Ed had not only sent me a list of what to check, but a new regulator was in the mail, no charge. Day later I was back grilling and a very happy camper. The BEST customer service I have seen in a long time. Spread the word and order from these guys with confidence!

"I purchased new BBQ grills from GrillParts.com that cost $114 plus $15 for shipping and handling. When the order was confirmed, it showed the shipping address was my billing address. Probably my mistake. I went to the website and it says the following: "Although email confirmation of your order is automatically sent as we process your order, we do not use email to place, cancel or change orders. You can, however, use the form above to cancel your order instantly if it has not been shipped."
I used the form as instructed within 2 minutes of placing the order. The order was done on a Saturday, so I know it wasn't shipped that same day. When I got the shipping confirmation on Monday, they had not changed the shipping address though I did exactly what they told me to do.
I reached out to them and tried to be as fair and reasonable as possible. I offered to pay the full $114 for another set of the same grills if they would pay for the shipping and handling. They said, "I'm sorry, the only way we can know to change the address is if you email us." Obviously, this contradicts what the website says. They went on to say, "We also cannot discount your shipping." Basically, they told me to pound sand even though I followed their website's policy for changing the shipping address.
I wrote back to explain that I followed what the website said and the website contradicts what they are now saying. I offered once again to pay full price for the grills if they would simply remove the $15 shipping charge. That was more than 2 weeks ago, and there has been no response. I hope at least a few people will read this and agree that they don't want to do business with a company that is this incompetent in their customer service."
