Where is my Order?

"I ordered a grill plate on 10/29/2016 and as of today still have not gotten a confirmation back from Grill Parts on my order or any shipping information. What is the status of my order. I have already been invoiced for this order and it has been paid for..."

Thank you for taking the time to write a review! The part you ordered was out of stock at the time you placed your order. We do list parts, even when they are out of stock, so our customers can find and order the correct part for their grill, even if it isn't sitting on our shelves. Then we do the work of getting the part from the supplier and making sure it shows up on your door step. It does take a little longer than when we sell parts that are in stock. That's why we not on the product page, "Ships out in 7-10 Business Days." I can see how you might be frustrated if you didn't notice that at the time you ordered. The good news is that we already have this part on the way to us from the supplier and your order should ship this week with Priority Mail: this is within 7-10 business days from the day you placed your order. I hope this explanation helps and that when you receive the part, you will consider returning and adjusting your review to reflect the entire experience. ”

Burners burn me up

"I was very disappointed with the online purchasing experience, i was looking for burners for my bbq the first order i thought was the right one but when it arrive it wasn't. It was expensive to return, on top of that i got charge for the original shipping charge.The Second order was for a different bbq because they could find the burners for my first choice.I called and spoke to a man and I asked if there was anyway to get a 360 view of the burner he no but asked for the dimensions so i gave it to him, he found some that where pretty close so i said ship them,when they arrived they were the wrong ones. The third time i called I spoke to a very nice lady her name was Ellen, I found out It'all about speaking to the right person, i explain my frustrated situation she ask for the model number could not find it then ask for the dimensions she found one that was pretty close, then she said if i wanted i could buy just one that way if it was wrong it would not cost me so much to return. I really appreciated that offer cuz by this time this i had paid already for a set of four burners in shipping fees and nothing to show for except frustration. She was very helpful and nice,third time was a charm thanks to Ellen. it was an expense adventure. Gilbert Oropez 11/04/2016"

Great Grids!

"My Broil King gas grill did not come with the cast iron grids on the larger cooking area which I never really realized until it came time to replace them. The cast iron grids I received jo1950 match perfectly with the smaller side of the grill make for a more cohesive appearance and cooking surface. They are absolutely perfect and I was thrilled with my transaction with GrillParts."
