"I came as a random walk-in for the first time at Groove Toyota. After just a few minutes I got introduced to Ian Love (such a call name btw).
I showed my interest in a Tundra or Land Cruiser, but was leaning more towards a Tundra.
I told Ian what I was looking for in terms of trims and features and we actually looked at 1-2 two available ones in the lot. I was able to have a first exploration and then decided shortly after we left that I'd like to go forward with a test drive and a potential purchase a few days later.
The entire experience was smooth and seamless.
Ian had the Tundra ready for a quick ride, explaining me everything, answering my questions diligently and comprehensive.
I made a pretty instant decision to go for a purchase on that very same day and Ian & Sonny made this entire process very easy going and not stressful at all. Within around 5hrs everything was settled and I drove off with my shiny new Tundra.

The Groove Toyota team, especially Ian and Sonny, are great and I appreciate that there's not this typical sales pressure you often experience elsewhere and which I don't like at all.
I also want to point out that they actually follow up and make themselves available for you.
This doesn't seem to be common and normal with a bunch of other care dealers around here."
