"Ordered Xiaomi Mi 8 Global Version. Phone arrived unsealed, firmware was flashed from Chinese version to Global version. Decided to return, opened a case via PayPal. Asked to send back to Hong Kong, despite the phone was sent from Italy... Before sending it to Honk Kong i rang PayPal and asked what happens if seller refuse the item, they assured me i would still receive a refund. OK, sent the item to Honk Kong, parcel was refused, received an email from Fedex that the parcel will be abandoned in 4 days as there is no such address exist. Rang PayPal again, they've started investigation, two days later received an email from them saying that the tracking info is false and that they cant confirm the item was delivered, case closed. No Refund, No phone, spend an extra 50eu for sending back to Honk Kong. BEWARE!!!"
"I bought a Xiaomi Redmi 2 Pro and they never sent the invoice as they should have.
Since a week the package is stopped by Customs and I ask repeatedly the invoice by email but they don't want to send it.
Their assistance is very bad. Don't respond to emails and when they do not answer questions.
Doesn't seem remotely interested in the problem that for them there is. But I don't have my phone I paid!
