"Dont get me wrong they do have many deals which is amazing but trying to get in contact with customer support is the hardest thing in the world they say they reply to your email in 24hrs lies i sent never got a response back. Live customer service is bullsh**t you wait to get a response they send you no notification and by the time you realize they text back they already end the live chat because you didn’t respond quick enough and they dont do it via app they do it via email. As for phone service theyyy **** groupon has no exact phone number to call so you can just speak with a representative instead you must wait 2hr and when they did call me back i asked for a simple refund he was like okay ill put you on hold for a min im waiting 10min music in the back group all of a sudden it just hangs up so i had to wait another 2hrs all i want is a refund and its been a whole week and nothing "
"I canceled an order the same day I ordered it. They charge your credit card immediately but after 12 business days they have still not issued me a credit. They have no customer support phone number listed on their site but it is ***-***-****. They have a live chat but trying to get to it on their site is a maze.

I ordered several plants with GROUPON and got half of them as "compost".
Rather than sending me new or refunding what I had paid for it, they expec-
ted me to send back THE COMPOST for "full refund" - and this did not include
the costs of P&P sending it back.
I have to realize, that GROUPON is acting on own advantage, than on the sellers
advantage ( giving him the chance to get rid of his ruined goods, without taking

"I purchased a groupon for a service. I went to the merchant for my initial consultation and took my Groupon voucher. The merchant, MyDerma Spa in Miami, Florida wanted to charge me TWICE AS MUCH for the service saying that the area I wanted to get the service done in was not covered by my Groupon. For that reason, I did NOT get any services done at MyDerma Spa, but MyDerma Spa nevertheless marked my Groupon as redeemed and Groupon chose to believe the merchant over me and never issued me a refund for services that were NOT rendered in the amount of $1,200."
