"I recently ordered 2-32oz btl's of spidermite spray I only received one so I used the full btl thinking the other would be right behind. the directions require 2 applications 3- days apart. I called twice with no response, after 5days I got through to them and explained what happened and that I still needed 2 btl's because the 1st application was wasted, the manager implied it was my fault or fedex and that I had to pay again for a btl i never received!!
