"Ordered a KidKraft train through growingcorner.com - a little nervous at first as company was unrated. Yes, got EXCEPTIONAL customer service (emailed site at 10 pm, heard back from a real customer rep - not automated reply - within a half hour!!). When the train I ordered was out of stock (needed it for Christmas), my rep, Tracy, changed my order to a more expensive model and had it to me within 7 days at no extra cost. Very pleased - will use again. "
