Please make the exit to the second offer easier - this was truly annoying and un-did the good will of the first video and purchase. I'm going in to the experience now cautious rather than excited to get started. Had I had a great experience with the business plan, perhaps i would have been pulled into the marketing and competitive studies rather than annoyed by them."
