"I wasted way too much time and money for a report Google could have provided in a single search. They ask for NAICs codes and provide a general report. Study of competitors means going to their Facebook page and telling you how many likes they have. I wasted two months over the emails trying to explain myself but received only sarcastic email responses. Good luck talking to a human they're not reachable once you've bought the product. "
