"I was most impressed by Emily at GS-JJ.com. From the very beginning, she was extremely responsive, and this continued every step of the way. When I sent an e-mail outside of Emily's work hours, I received a reply from a co-worker letting me know that Emily will respond shortly.

I introduced a number of changes to the pin design, and Emily provided a revised proof each time and answered all my questions efficiently. Emily made sure the proofs were impeccable, and when I decided to make stickers in the same design as the pins, she brought to my attention that I had mistakenly used an earlier pin design for the stickers. That attention to detail went above and beyond what I expected.

The result is outstanding. The pins are perfect down to the fine details. They almost look like jewelry!
