"My custom patches came out just as I had hoped! My first contact was with Joy via the website chat. Joy took great care in determining the purpose and design options I had in mind. The custom patches were for a friend's birthday present - a humorous addition to a gift already purchased.
Next, I received an email from Ingrid, who sent me two choices fo my patch design, along with pricing. I re;lied with my choice (including a minor adjustment to font size). Ingrid replied with the revised design proof along with lead time expectations. My need was for an earlier arrival - and I expected there might be an additional charge for the rush. Ingrid got back to me with a slight increase in the total price and an assurance that I would receive my custom patches on time. with that, I approved the design, placed my order and completed payment.'
