It was my first time ordering here, and the shipping was much quicker than I expected; I selected the free 4 day shipping but received it on the second business day. This is perhaps the most positive aspect, when I buy something online, the wait is the most grueling part. I was pleasantly surprised to see that a US charger for the phone was included in the box (the delivery box, not the Sony box); since the Xperia Z is not available in the US, the international version comes with a European charger. Before I received the package I was planning a trip to Home Depot to buy an adapter and was very happy to see that you guys went out of your way to provide me with a compatible charger. I also received a follow-up call to make sure that I received the package and that the phone was good to go. I asked his opinion and he gave it but didn't seem to be recommending one phone over another - just giving me the facts, which made me trust him. He didn't push me towards the most expensive product but did make me aware of the whole price range. He asked my budget and we went from there. After choosing a phone, he helped me get it as fast as possible since I was without a phone at the time. It arrived in under 48 hours, and I was thankful that he told me someone would need to be here to sign for it , so that I stayed in until it arrived.
