"The most Fender parts anywhere."
"My credit card account was charged the day after I ordered, 22 days and it's still not here, their web site says U.S. orders 2-7 days after receipt of payment. No response from e mails or phone messages. I'm about to order the part from a dealer I know and eat the $50."
"Ordered two parts, was charged for three, and received one. Multiple attempts to contact via email and telephone failed to elicit a response of any kind. I opened a PayPal "dispute" and received a refund for one of the missing parts and never received the other. Unreliable, and they have ripped me off for the cost of one part in my order. Recommend you avoid and do business with one of the many other fine online retailers."
"It's been 12 days since I placed my order - which was by Paypal, so they already have my $140. No confirmation of the order. I've called and emailed multiple times. They don't answer the phone or return messages. My guitar build will now be delayed, and there is nothing I can do. I can't open a dispute with Paypal until 45 days, and I can't order the part from someone else, because then I could end up with an extra $140 tremolo I can't use. Avoid this merchant!"
"Ack!!!! The worst!!!! Lost my oder. No customer service whatsoever. Avoid."
"Great selection of genuine or aftermarket spares for guitar or bass, but PLEASE navigate this supplier's site with great care as any mistakes could prove difficult to rectify later! The need to correspond (or telephone) asking for help or advice, is a normal part of doing business with anyone. Just don't expect to receive any kind of response from this bunch. The words 'Customer' and 'Service' have absolutely no meaning to them whatsoever!!"
"I had a similar experience to the previous review, although, I did not persevere as long as s/he did. I ordered a bridge saddle for a Floyd Rose locking trem. The picture on their web site clearly had this little block of metal included in the saddle, something you need to hold the string. It arrived without the block. I immediately emailed them regarding the issue, including my transaction ID, but I never got a reply. I've been playing guitar for 25 years and need a good parts supplier, but this isn't the one. I will never order again."
"Product selection is good. Item descriptions leave a LOT to be desired - Severely lacking in details, and images are small and lack detail.
Purchase (through PayPal) was easy, and delivery was fine.
The problem I had was that, due to the lack of details in the items' descriptions, I missed that what I ordered really needed other parts ordered too in order to use them.
The additional items needed were so small and inexpensive that the shipping cost would have been 3 times the purchase price.
I made 5 different attempts to reach the seller by phone to talk about maybe selling me the additional parts, but shipping by cheaper means since I would have purchased these parts along with the original parts had I known I needed them from the beginning.
I never received a return phone call to the 5 messages left over the course of about 3 weeks. And when I tried via email, I did get a quick reply. But that reply was in no way considerate, or concerned with what I had to say. The person, instead of trying to allay the concerns of the customer, just said that I should have looked closer at the picture and known better what to order. He refused my suggestion, and made no other offer to assist the customer to find satisfaction.
More over, he never gave any reason as to why no one ever answers the phone nor returns phone calls.
This, I find to be a less than poor business practice, and is an important indicator of a business that doesn't really know how to do business. If you don't want to talk to your customers, don't give them your phone number. If you post it, expect that you should need to actually talk to them.
Problems happen. That's life. It's how well solutions are found, and the willingness of a business to try to make a customer content and want to come back that makes all the difference.
All told, I cannot recommend this business as business is more than just taking money, tossing products into a box and putting postage on it.
I've had no need to return anything. But I can only imagine that it probably wouldn't go much better than this experience did.
If you want caring customer service, you don't want to shop this site."
