"I never received an order-confirmation e-mail so I called them up 3 days after and it turns out they never shipped it out because they didn't have the product in stock, despite their website saying they had it. I was then told that what I ordered was arriving in 2 days and that I'll expect it delivered 2 days after. I was willing to let go of the fact that they didn't give me any indication that my order wouldn't be shipped on time...but after that all that, they still didn't have the courtesy to notify me that they never received the item on time. They ended up shipping it out the day they told me it was going to ARRIVE, and of course I STILL haven't received my order even though it was supposed to be delivered today.
Now I'm aware that they have very good reviews and that it's a small family-run company and I just got the short end of the stick, but you would think that after all of this they'd offer some sort of compensation but I guess they just don't need any more customers.

"Brilliant service! I recently bought a Seagull guitar and wished to retain it with the same Godin strings it came with .. But these are unobtainable in the UK. Strings and Beyond helped by supplying me with an initial order of five sets of Godin A6 LTS, which will last me a while, at a price even including the trans- Atlantic shipping, which was what I would usually pay in the UK, and the order was received in just a few days. Could not be bettered !!
