"There was a problem with billing. I was charged 3 times for the same order. I had to call twice to have the charges removed from my bank account. I am a steady customer with S&B this is the first time I have had any problem. Shipping still ,as of today has not completed my order. I have received an E- mail stating that 1/2 of my order was on backorder. I received the other 1/2 promptly as advertised and as usual. I will probably use S&B again, one mistake does not constitute taking my business elsewhere."
