The package was great! the string packagaes didn´t even get any damages! no nothing! not a scratch. They even gave some "get free" gifts like 3 plectrums, magnet, sticker and receipt where was writing: "merry christmas to you Riku", it was written with pencil and with hand and not somekind of automatic robot or computer :D not big deals for somebody, but to me they are! and that shows really great respect to customers and great customer service. Sorry about my bad english im from finland and i have reading and writing disability, this is very hard to me to write an review in english which is not my mother language.
