"I had a very difficult time finding a Rossi M92 .454 Casull anywhere locally or on the net until I found Gun For All after yet another Google search. I placed my order, and Clinton Knopp called, leaving a voicemail confirming that they did have the weapon available at the warehouse, and would ship it when they received it. I am extremely pleased with the rifle - I could not be happier. Clinton responded very quickly and professionally when GFA's website and phones went down (provider glitch), and I got worried that GFA had vanished like so many other companies. Although we never talked personally, he left both a voicemail and email saying that all was ok. This was very comforting, especially since most companies do not consider customer service to be a high priority, and would not have responded at all. I received my purchase on 7/17 which, given the holiday and current hysteria over firearms, was rather quick. Excellent service and GFA gets all 5 stars in every category from me, excepting returns, as I have no intention of returning the Rossi! Well Done!"

What made the difference for me was the number called actually got a hold of a live person and not just a recording that I wasn't sure if I would hear back from someone. Clinton is also good to talk with on the phone, he's informative and helpful. The shipping is prompt and he did what he said he would do! Upon request of the tracking number he sent it quickly(very responive on emails)! The rifle was exactly as Clinton described, really pleased with the condition. "I went there to pick up a new xd and it had a small mark/scratch on the firing pin sleeve i asked his advice if he thought this a big deal or if i should try order another through him. He got very defensive and i wasn't mad i was just asking his advice since he deals with guns much more then me, and he had a bad attitude and said "if you dont want it or somthing", i had just driven 50 miles to this and he was cranky/edgy basically and i was calm the whole time. He later calmed down after a bit, his wife seemed nice but her dogs were on the counter at one time with my gun. I won't do business again not worth dealing with his cranky attitude."
