"Thanks for a great product! It came extremely quickly and at a great price. I ordered a basic collar and an additional plate for each of my 3 border collies. The quality is fantastic and I love that the plates are tacked onto the collar; there's no more jingling! My only suggestion would be to offer 'installation' of extra plates. The instructions said all we needed was a hammer however the collars are much too thick to crimp a rivet with just a hammer. I had to use a drill and then a vice. I will definitely order from you again and have been recommending you to everyone I know. "
