"This item totally does not work. I don't know if I have a faulty one or what. I charged it for two days. Dog knows simple commands but is distracted outside and want her to come back. Collar did not do a thing for attention. So sad and disappointed because I need her to stay on homeland.
I requested a return authorization and received a call instead. Turns out my collar needed to be reprogramed which was done over the phone. Wow it works, tried it on my hand. We're ready to go now! Happy now and customer service was very helpful!!"
