"Ordered the Got Hand Nippers from them, was super excited when they came in and when i could start using them for my model kits. I ended up sitting down and finishing up the New Omegamon Kit and to my surprise i looked at my nippers and the tip was broken right off. I messaged them the next day explaining what happened and i was met with a "This happens all the time, we cant replace them". They were not misused in anyway and well within a 30 days purchase or received period. I tried to reason with them and pointed out why they were defective and nothing. just got a "Tough luck, heres a promo code off of reddit thats already out". Was happy with these guys until they sold me a defective product and refused to replace it. "
"Placed an order on September 9. Email Adam Ryan Oct. 18 since I did not hear anything about my order. Oct. 19th, Adam writes me back and says he will check on it. Emailed Adam again on Nov. 3 because I did not hear anything. Got an email Nov. 6th saying it had been sent. Currently Nov. 24 and still nothing. Companies like this is why I order from Amazon!!"

I placed an order on May 22, and my confimation email came immidiately. unfortunately, after checking for a shipping update for days, i finaly tried to contact via their chat service, email, and phone call. there is NEVER anyone at their chat service. they never replied to the 10 or so emails i sent over a course of 3-4 weeks, nor did they answer or respond to my phone calls/messages. finaly, they sent me a shipping email, after 4 WEEKS!! then they finaly called my wife, and said they sent it. no apology, no explanation other than, "we didnt get any messages or calls", even when confronted, the guy didnt apologize for making me wait a month. lower prices or not, they will not see my business again. "Never shopping her again. While their prices are low, the cost of shipping makes up for any savings that you may think you're getting vs. going to Amazon. I wouldn't have minded paying so much for shipping, if only because I ordered UPS Ground shipping with tracking. They shipped it USPS with confirmation delivery. That is a much cheaper option, and confirmation delivery is NOT true tracking. The postal service can do nothing to help find the package should it get lost. In other words, they made free money off of me.
Stick to Amazon and get their free shipping if you can. It'll arrive faster than this site, and you at least get what you pay for."

"during my 1st order the processing was awesome.. like lightning speed.. but time pass everytime i order from them the processing and gets slower and slower especially in shipping my orders.. they said 2-3 days but during past orders took them for like 5 days to ship it and if i havnt called them they wrnt gonnna process it...
and now i ordered three models if they will take forever to process it and ship it then this will be the last order from me...its been 2 days now and still no tracking number... lets see tomorrow or n monday... if not.. i aint gonna recommend this to my friends and to every1 else. cuz now i am having doubt that they are only good at new cstmers.... not to the old one...."
