"Decent glasses, horrible worthless customer service. I ordered a pair of Gunnar Haus computer glasses on 12/8/14, they were shipped on 12/9/14, received on 12/11/14. They were too small for my head so I returned them. Tracking shows my package was received by Gunnars on 12/15/14. I contacted them on 12/18/14 and they informed me they have my return and it will take 5-7 business days to process the refund. It has now been 11 business days and there is no word on my refund. Have sent multiple emails and spoke with three people. All of them respond with "let me email" so and so. I purchased a pair of tinted computer glasses from Amazon for $25 that worked out better than them. If you think you may have to return the glasses, purchase them elsewhere because you're never going to get your refund."

"Ordered a pair of glasses from the gunnars outpost "bargain/clearance" section of the official store. Ordered on 4/10/13, Checked order status over a week later and it still hadn't shipped, when the estimated ship date was 4/11, and estimated deliver was 4/17. Called for support and they tell me that even at the time of the order the item was out of stock. Why even let me purchase if it is out of stock? Terrible online merchant service."

"Order glasses on 12/27/2012 8:21PM EST. Confirmation email stated "Shipped Date: 12/28/2012 ". Emailed customer service asking for a update 1/2/2013 5:11PM EST. Just happens to reply with my tracking stating that it has been shipped. At 7:31PM I get a auto email saying "Order Shipped!". Seems like it was not until I emailed them at 5:11PM that my order was pushed through. "
