"I read many reviews about gun safes when I was trying to decide what to buy and I found them to be very helpful. I want to add my experience to the reviews. In December of 2012, I ordered a Liberty Lincoln LX50 series safe from Gunsafes.com. My sales person was Shannon. Shannon was absolutely fabulous. She is very knowledgeable and friendly and she had to work some problems out regarding my delivery that took some pressure off of me, but made more work for her. I hired a local delivery service to pickup and deliver my safe and the owner did not want to pick it up at the trucking terminal that Shannon was going to use because it was too far away. She was able to arrange for a different trucking company to deliver the safe to a terminal that was closer and more agreeable to my delivery company. It was extra work for Shannon, but it was very much appreciated by me. I called her several times during the course of the process and she was always very happy to help me with no indication that I was being a pain. Gunsafes.com and Shannon were a pure pleasure to work with on my safe purchase and I would recommend both very strongly.
As I said earlier, I got a Liberty Lincoln LX50 safe. I love my safe. It has some small issues with the biggest one being the one adjustable shelf rail. I read other reviews of people who had the same problem. I have one rail that holds the shelf clips that the shelves sit on that is about 1/4 inch lower than the other three. I don't want to remove it and drill new holes in the interior fabric and the fireboard, so I will find something to sit on the pins to level the shelves so I can fill them up. Right now, I can't use them. Anything made by man will have some kind of bug, but I would recommend Liberty Safes to anyone. Liberty makes their safes in the good ol' USA and they give Americans jobs, and that alone is a good reason to buy Liberty. The second reason is the quality of the product. I hope this review is helpful to all of you who are looking for a quality safe bought through a quality company. I strongly recommend Liberty Safes and Gunsafes.com."
