"I first used Guruaid last year and found them very satisfactory.
This time (January 2014)I had a massively serious problem in that
I could neither receive nor send emails. To give some idea of the size of the problem some 259 incoming messages were somewhere out there in the hands of SKY and none of my outgoers had left my box. It took Guruaid something like 35 minutes to resolve this and I could never have done this by myself. I find their staff highly efficient and extremely courteos with it. Worth every £ that it costs me.
