I was having issues with a new update that I had installed. It was not being recognized by the start menu program file. The original program was in the start menu. There was also an error in the power down/restart sequence. Rupesh reloaded the program and a number of microsoft utilities. The problem took time as there were a number of restarts as he tried options. At this time, I am satisfied that the issue has been resolved."
