Overall, my experience with Guruaid has been between good and not so good. Had a few issues in the past that has left me feeling a little disappointed because I kept getting switched to different technicians to help me. No one was able to resolve my issue which led me to cancel my service with Guru for awhile. Have recently came back to try services again hoping for a better outcome."

Most of my frustration came from being unfamiliar with passwords, etc. I would perhaps ask the first gentleman I spoke to not to speak to someone as if they are children. We only need to be told once that our computers need regular check-ups. Not multiple times and with multiple examples. It becomes tedious and exasperating. Otherwise I was pleased with the service."
