"I was shopping around for the Canon XH-Als and originally found Zoommania.com selling the camera for $2,599! What a deal, right? Yeah, until I called and they pulled a bait and switch telling me I HAD to go with a package at around $3,350. Then I read the reviews and they do that to everyone!
H1Photo are straight aces! I spoke to Kobe who was upfront on their prices and cut me a decent deal at just under $3,200. They are Authorized Canon Dealers and don't try to pull any punches. He sent an invoice to my PayPal so I could keep my card info confidential and shipped the package SAME DAY! Then he called me to verify he received payment and the camera was going out. He called me the next day to confirm that I received it OK. How can you beat that service?! Not to mention their prices are still well below suggested retail.
Needless to say, I have the camera and I have no regrets about the transaction. I'd buy from them again. Thanks Kobe!
Moral of The Story: If the price looks too good to be true, it probably is. Go with H1Photo for your gear. They'll take care of you!

"Customer Service is horrible. I order a wireless transmitter by Azden that they still have it listed in stock. They never sent it. I sent 4 emails. Two of the three numbers on their customer service never ring...Then today I called the info number and they tell me they canceled the order and sent me and email...I have no such email from them and I wrote them 3-4 times with no response over 2 weeks....They suck do not do business with them I should have gone direct to Azden. "Very dissappointed. Chose this company based on the ratings from resellerratings.com listed on Google. I ordered a Fujifilm Finepix S700 on 9-16-09, when I called on 10-5-09 to see why I had not yet recieved my camera I was told that my order was immediately cancelled on 9-16 because they no longer carry this model. I never received any notice of this by e-mail, phone call, or mail. Very poor customer service. "
"I ordered a Nikon D60 with 18-55mm VR DX lens and the 55-200mm VR DX lens ... it arrived as ordered two days later. Saved $50 over B&H photo who has the same rating as H1 Photo.
They sent me an email confirmation within minutes of the order, called me to confirm the order and shiping information, sent me the shipping tracking information, and exceeded my expectations completely.

A lot of online stores are selling grey market merchandise or are offering ultra low prices and forcing you to buy high priced warranties and accessories. I recently purchased Panasonic's new Lumix DMC-FZ18K camera from H1photo.com. I found them to have a very competitive price on the camera and very reasonable shipping. "I am a skeptical Internet buyer, and have been burned once in the past. I was leery to purchase anything from a company I did not know anything about. About a year ago I was looking for a flash cord for my SB-800. H1 Photo was the only one that had one in stock. It came in two days and was exactly what I was looking for. The next purchase was a Nikon D3. I was placed on a waiting list in early Oct. 07, as I was with two other companies. The kept me informed of my status. My camera was in the second shipment of D-3's to H1. They called me to tell me it was in, and shipped it that day. I received it the next day without paying extra for overnight shipping. H1 Photo has been easy to deal with, and honest. I would recommend them to anyone. "
"I ordered the Canon XH-A1. It came in new and promptly. My only complaint is that it did not come with an invoice. I had to send a copy of the order confirmation to Canon for the rebate. I hope it's enough. I tried to call H1Photo to get an invoice, but no one picked up. I also sent an e-mail and got no response. They could work on their customer service. "
"I am not usually confortable buying on the Internet but the USA legal Nikon 200 + 18-200mm lens was not available at either Ritz or Wolf. When my friend told me he saw H1Photo had it in stock, I checked their website saw it was reasonably priced and left a voice message. The next day they called me and I placed the order. Not only was there no pressure selling, I was talked out of buying unnecessary equipment I had intended to purchase and even with ground shipment, it arrived in 3 days in perfect condition.
Although I still remain a skeptical Internet buyer, I will buy and recommend H1Photo.

"I shopped, searched, reviewed internet company ratings and settled on H1Photo (Cardinal Camera & Video out of Lansdale, PA) and couldn't be happier with my choice.
I purchased a Nikon D80 with the Nikon AF-S DX VR 18-200mm lens so I wanted to be sure about the vendor and everything was on the up and up. H1Photo delivered everything as promised. All items were exactly as quoted. None of this grey stuff made to sell overseas. H1photo's prices were the best I could find of the reputable shops, ie. B&H,etc. When I placed the order over the phone I was asked if I wanted the extended Nikon warranty but I declined and there was no further discussion. Shipping was $23.95.
Overall I am extremely satisfied and would recommend H1Photo - honest, great prices, fast delivery. What else could you ask for!
