"H20 lost a good customer today. I purchased a UV system a few years ago and have continued to buy supplies f=rom H2) ever since...until today. They sent me the wrong lamp, refused to accept a return or credit and told me it was no longer good because it had been in the box too long a it shelf life was expired. I checked this statement with Viqua and was told the opposite. It's good in the box for a minimum of four years. So, Mr. Bo puts literally a few dollars profit over keeping a good customer. Communications also very poor. My advice...buy elsewhere."

H2O Distributors absolutely DESERVES much higher than a 5 star rating...
I just concluded a long “ troubleshooting” conversation with Bo, a CSR (customer service rep) for H2O Distributors.
Not only was he knowledgeable as well as eager to help me, additionally he pointed out the specific (somewhat obscure) plumbing part necessary to resolve my complicated plumbing issue.
I could NOT find a knowledgeable person nor this specific part for my complicated “fix” at the several previous plumbing distributors I had contacted.
Bo’s help, and suggestion, led me to this quite INEXPENSIVE part available at H2O. Distributors!
To sum up, I had an excellent interaction with a knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful CSR at H2O distributors.
BTW, Bo did not rush me, even though I was I aware that I was using a considerable amount of Bo’s valuable time troubleshooting.
I was made to feel like his ONLY customer!
H2O Distributors Is now my only go to choice for all plumbing needs
I’d have to be stupid, or brain-dead, to go elsewhere.
Kudos to H2O Distributors for hiring this phenomenally knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant, and quite impressive CSR!
As it should be, I sure hope this commendation is put in Bo’s HR file.
(A raise would not hurt and from my perspective is certainly in order!!!!)

"The sales rep (Sara) located a replacement part for an old UV sterilizer I own. I had contacted several other UV lamp sterilizer parts companies and only got a "look it up on internet" response for help. It is nice to have someone who does a little extra in today's world and it does not go unappreciated. For me it is this type of thing that help define good companies. "Ordered our RO system back in 2009 and have ordered replacement filters every year since.......have never had a problem. I'm preparing to order more filters and came across this site. I originally ordered from them because they had the best prices for the system as well as the replacement filters. I have never regretted doing business with H2O Distributors! "

3. No calls returned. I called over 15 times and the return period ended.
4. They wont refund my 300 dollars.
5. I had to pay another 90 dollars to return the product.
6. They dont care.
7. They don't list an address on their website.
8. They have a bad attitude."
