"Ordered Raypak 336K BTU Pool Heater. Heater arrived after 5 business days on schedule as promised. Unit was well packaged and delivery service was excellent. Delivery service arrived in the time window promised and unit arrived clean with no damage. The delivery service even delivered the heater right into my garage despite the disclaimer about curbside service.
Installed heater with no problems and it's working as expected.
Good & responsive communications. I got the owner Josh twice on the phone 1st to ask questions & then to place order.
