"The parts department at Hart canceled my order without speaking to me, and therefore I lost the discount I received for placing an order online. It was a one-time discount and what's more frustrating about it is that I used my VIN, but the parts department claimed that since it was a third-party site, there's no guarantee that the part would be the correct one. How can that be? Isn't that the whole point?

I had to charge my bank account twice to get one part because the parts system told me a part would match my VIN. This isn't the type of issue the customer should deal with; it should be the parts department and the site manager's responsibility to ensure that the system knows which parts to recommend to customers when they're ordering.

Like everyone else, I was trying to take advantage of the Memorial Day discount, but it looks like I should have known better. Who knows when it will get here or how long my car will sit undrivable. "
