"HD's web site states this about the following car charger I ordered - Luxmo High Performance Micro USB Car Charger 1000mA - Black - "COMPATIBLE DEVICES that it fits ALL Samsung Models." This is not so. I ordered it based on the above misinformation, and then tried to return it. They will reimburse me for the cost of the product ($7.50) less a 20% restocking fee but without any reimbursement for the shipping charges ($4.48.) It will cost me about $5.00 to return it, so the net return will be about $1.00. it is hardly worth the trip to the post office. Instead, I am posting this "Buyer beware" warning. "

"I saw a deal for wireless noise canceling headphones on the HD Accessories web page and decided to buy them. Then I said oops I didn't read any reviews on the company before purchasing. So I went to Google and looked them up. What I read shocked me and I got very worried. However, my headphones came in the mail today, a day early. I turned them on and they work great! The sound quality is awesome for only $25. Phew, no more worries."
"I ordered the wrong iPad case for $14.95 plus shipping. My husband sent it back August 9,2021 unopened in the sealed package. Cost 11.95 to return with a signature. Waited the 14-30 days for the return to be processed and 3-5 business days to show up on my credit card. Nothing. I emailed them 9-18-21. They said they would look into. Today is 9-22-21. I will never purchase anything from them again."
"The reason why I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 was because they r very hard to reach by phone. They do have a variety of emails though but they do take their time to do things n to get back with people. "as with many others i should have looked at the reviews before ordering. i received package and noticed the wrong one was sent. thinking this might have been an error on my end i checked my order status "provided by HD accessories". upon discovering that indeed the product ordered was wrong from the product received. i immediately made contact and my first reply from this (so-called) company was met with my grammar issues, sentence structures, and paragraph issues. none of which had absolutely nothing to do with the problem at hand. writing back i noted that their attack was absolutely meaningless for this issue and help was needed or i would take steps to discredit their company unless a simple replacement (not a refund mind you) was made. i also added that i have pictures i could send as proof (screenshot of invoice and package sticker on box). once again this was met with an email saying i was simply casting blame.....so here we are. i had to eat the cost of this product as it is totally useless to me (duct tape and gorilla glue?) so i encourage anyone that has issues of this company to tell everyone they know because i for one shall"

"They told me they only give a 30 day warranty from a piece of junk phone case that lasted only 35 days...i guess they figure they are taking a gamble at 30 days if their junk will hold up that long. the product had 4 or 5 good reviews and no bad reviews so i said what the heck must be good.after a little over 30 days the plastic become brittle and cracks started forming then the next thing i know it broke in half. i wrote a 1 star review of the product hoping i could save some other customer from wasting their money like i did and low and behold they wouldn't even publish it. i guess they figured if someone wrote the honest truth about the product it might keep someone from buying from them shame on you H.D ACCESSORY that's just wrong bad business practices if you ask me. i wished someone would crack down on scam artist like these people. "I ordered 2 protective cases for my Galaxy S8. Everything went as should. Product landed in less than a week, and all looked exactly as expected. The one improvement I could recommend is, an immediate emailed response confirming my purchase. I was a little in the dark for a couple days, Waiting for order confirmation and tracking info. I received the confirmation the next day. Meanwhile I sent an email to customer service, Daniel responded a couple days later with tracking information.

We even showed them a copy of it. They refused to exchange the item and say they will reimburse us if we pay shipping which ultimately will be about the same price as the product.

This kind of dishonest behavior makes me question what other kind of snaky business they're into. Customer service was of no help with some shipping issues. Weeks later, I'm still waiting for exchanged items which I obviously shouldn't have even sent to them because a wrong case would of been better then no case not to mention the shipping fees I paid to send it back just to get nothing for my money.
