"Ordered the HD Pro Series 8 with "Next Day" delivery on 5 Jan.
On 7 Jan, I called the company after it hadn't arrived. I was told that I was "on their list of people to call."
Apparrently the CCV number on my credit card isn't verification enough. Because it wasn't being shipped to my billing address.
They wanted a picture of my credit card to prove that it was actually me since I was not having it delivered to my home.
After providing them with a picture, I recieved an email that it was shipping "Immediately". This was 7 Jan.
On 11 Jan (still no projector) I was provided the tracking number.
My order had not even been sent out until 10 Jan AND, it had been shipped via "UPS SAVER" even though they had charged me $75 for overnight.
The address was so botched that I had to go to UPS to get the package. I'll give them credit, they did get the GA for Georgia correct. However,little else. None of the special delivery instructions were used.
I FINALLY got it on 14 Jan. Just in time to use it for half a day of the LAST class I am teaching that needed it.
Picture quality is not what I expected. The system does not respond to the remote AT ALL, leaving none of the HDMI or, advanced featurs available.
The website states that they ARE THE Manufacturer. However, after looking up the model to get any video drivers that may be out there since my laptop can only detect it as 16 color 640x480. IT'S MADE IN CHINA!
To make matters worse. The same model can be purchased through other distrubutors (New Egg, Amazon etc..) for less than half the price.
They did offer to send me a free ceiling mount if I would forego any complaints with the BBB.
As if I need a ceiling mount for a projector that I am traveling with while teaching schools for the military. (A fact they were aware of.)

"The projector is as ordered but the shipping time is terribly SLOW. Advertised that they would ship that day or the next. Two weeks later it still had not been delivered to UPS to ship. FINALLY got ahold of a person and they gave me a tracking #, wrong number. One week later got the correct tracking number and it was shipped a couple days after that. If you want it in a hurry DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE."

"DO NOT order from this company. It is impossible to speak with a live person. The information on the website and order confirmation that you receive the same day is FALSE. The order does not ship within 2 - 5 business days. Today is business day #8. After 3 request I was sent a tracking # of day 5, but UPS website indicates that they have not yet taken possession of the package. UNRELIABLE SELLER!"

"I did have a bad review for this company on here, but when I wrote this one, it erased. I just recieved my projector along with the free mp4 player, bag, cables, remote, and extra bulb and it is everything they described, except for the picture quality. Although I only got the pro 6, I would have thought it would have had better picture quality than it does. I was very skeptical cuz of all the crap I went through even though it only took 2 weeks, it felt like 2 months. If they would have said it would take about 2 weeks there would have been no problem and I wouldnt have wrote this. I guess if you don't mind waiting for a while and not expect it in 2-5 business days like they said, it's a good deal. I was told buy a guy that worked there that they were wiating for there shipment to come in but yet they say they are the manufacturer. Maybe they were waiting for parts or something. After I experienced a delay in receiving my order due to US Customs requiring a form which they didn't anticipate, their CEO contacted me directly, expressed his regret about the delay, then shipped me a new bulb overnight to ensure that I was pleased with their services.
