"do not waste your money with this thieves. They don't accept credit cards, only pay pal. Their website crashes every time you try to download the file and they only give you 4 opportunities to download. after the 4th try, you have to buy the file again. I tried many times to contact them and no luck."

I placed an online order with hdart.com on 06/03/2005. My Credit Card was charged on 06/07/2005 by "THE CRYSTAL BAR ALPINE TX". On 06/07/2005 I emailed them and asked when they were going to ship my order.
I phoned them several times but I only got a recording and no one from hdart has ever returned one single phone call. I emailed several times and finally on 6/10/2005 “Rick” sent me an email stating he would check into it and “get to the bottom of the problem”.
After I tried to call quite a few more times and I kept emailing “Rick” with no results or responses I did a web search for “The Crystal BAR” in Alpine TX and got a phone number. I called the bar and the gal that answered the phone handed it to someone who said he was “Rick”. “Rick” seemed nice and said that he would check into it and get back to me in an hour and gave me his cell phone number. Several hours later I called him back and he said they were still checking into what happened. During one of my conversations with "Rick" he stated he was a bar owner and part owner of hdart. A day or two later he said that the USPS lost it on route and he would reship my order.
I asked him to send me the tracking number. Several days later I called “Rick” and asked for the tracking number again. I got a email with the tracking number but the tracking number was no good. I called “Rick” again and he said he would check into it. He said that UPS, FedEx and UPS all had problems down in Texas because of the proximity to the Mexican border. According to ”Rick” the Alpine Post Office lost my order. He said he was waiting to hear what happened. A day or 2 later I called him again and he said he would reship or refund my money. I told him that if he could actually get it here to reship, if not then refund. “Rick” said he would reship. After a few more phone calls I finally got an email with a tracking number. Again the tracking number was invalid. I emailed and called and told him enough was enough and that I wanted my money back.
I got an email on 07/08/2005 and was told “Rick had called me in the office this morning and has had me pull your paperwork to issue a full credit to your account. It will go to our processor today and should show in your account in 24 to 48 hrs. Sorry you received none of the items that had been sent to you.”
It is now 07/19/2005 and no refund has been credited to my account. No phone calls are being returned and emails go unanswered. Pretty hard for me to believe that the USPS lost three shipments in a row so I am not surprised that "Rick" has not refunded my money as he said he would.
UPDATE:
I emailed "Rick" a link to this review. I will update this again if "Rick" ever ships my order or refunds my money. Still no contact from "Rick".

Finally got my money back! "Rick" never did email or call me back. Very poor business practices. Beware if you decide to take a gamble and place an order with hdart. Thank You resellerratings.com !!!"
