"I purchased a vibration machine from them that was clearly did not function as stated on their website (unless you're a tech genius and scroll down 5 times to see the tech specs), and they refused to issue a full refund. They didn't even refund the sales tax on the portion that they did refund, and instead waiting a whole month to refund that portion (after numerous emails from me demanding it).
