"I purchased a software license through HHD Software's online fulfillment service. The site promises instant delivery of a key to unlock the software but I didn't receive one.

I was invited to log in to the site in order to download a license, but I was never provided with a password and there was no way to accomplish this without customer service's help.

I sent an email to HHD Software's customer service and was told that they sent me an email containing a password. I never received it.

I gave up and asked for a refund (they have a decent refund policy). I was told I had to fax a return form to them (which I did).

Their customer service representative (Vasiliy) accused me of being incompetent, never faxing the form, a liar, and committing fraud.

I have been unable to contact HHD Software by phone (I always get a voicemail).

They gave me only a partial refund even though I never downloaded a license key (I was unable to).

I do not recommend this company. If you're looking for a USB analyzer I recommend going with one of their competitors."
