"Received toaster week earlier than expected. There was a small cosmetic flaw on the front of the toaster, not bad enough to return but annoying. Also, strangely, I just received a "your product has shipped!" message today, about 7 days after it arrived."
"Placed online order on 4/12/16. Paid for expedited shipping. Called 1-***-***-**** after 3 days because I had not received and email and tracking no. as instructed on the order. I was told that my order had not shipped yet and was "just sitting there". I was told that the $10.53 shipping charge would be refunded to my account and the package would be shipped and received by 8 pm. 4/15/2016. I did not receive my order. Called again and said I would receive package by 8pm Monday, 4/18/2016. No order received. Called again today and was finally given a FedEx tracking number order had shipped. I checked the tracking number to find out it had not shipped. Called once again and was told that my order will ship out on Wednesday, 4/20/2016 and I should receive it in 4 - 5 business days. I'm not holding my breath for the package or the refund. I will not place another online order with hhgregg. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. "
