"Although we had an issue with the website, when we called customer service they were quick to rectify the situation and the in-store pick-up was a breeze. I do feel bad that they had to be in the store so late just because it was Christmas, there were no other customers. But I appreciate that I was able to pick-up then."

"I ordered a stove online and was given a shipment date beginning 12/26, which is today. I have received no other delivery or shipment information since my initial purchase. I ordered from HH Gregg because of the early delivery date. I was put on hold on the phone for 45 minutes with HH Gregg and was told they don't know anything about it and would forward me to the delivery service (AFTER waiting 45 minutes no one knows anything about my $1,000 purchase). I was then forwarded to the shipping service, which was just a voicemail that said "we are not open." I made my purchase through HH Gregg, not any other third party service, so HH Gregg should know where my appliance is and when it is arriving. This was a gift to my father and we can't just sit around waiting for something to arrive. This seems like a very disorganized way of doing business and if this will be my first and last time shopping with HH Gregg if this situation can't be remedied ASAP. Where is my purchase and when will it be arriving?! How did I receive an estimated delivery date of 12/26 if the company is not even open that day? "
