"Ordered a laptop for in-store pick-up. Order was "processing" for three days and no email saying it was ready for pickup. Called store and they had no record. So bad marks for web site/store/processes. HOWEVER, customer support was excellent. Had a woman (can't remember her name) say she look at other stores for the same laptop and call me back (yeah right!). Guess what, I got a call that night with two options for open box laptops and two for band new. Unfortunately the closest new laptop was 40 miles away. So they cancelled my order. 5+ starts for customer support!"

"I made too many calls trying to arrange to get my order picked up from the store by someone other than myself. On the last call I was told that I could not change anything since I didn't specify on the original online order when I made it who would pick up the items. I ended up having to waste my time going to the store to tell someone to let the person I sent to pick it up. No one even asked for my ID or card number as I was told would be needed when I came to pick up my order. I stood there waiting for nothing. Not a good procedure at all."

":On Thursday, November 27th you opened your doors for Black Friday. Another customer asked if a ticket was needed for the tvs and he was told no. We went to the tv section and told the worker in the area that we would like one of the doorbuster tvs. A ticket was written for the tv and we were told to go pay .After being herded like animals from one area of store to another we finally paid and went to collect the tv only to find out you needed a gold ticket for the tv (after being told we didn't need one). Your workers were not on the same page and as we tried to follow proper procedure to get a doorbuster tv and even paid for one thou to get turned down. I am outraged by the miscommunication between your staff members. Also outraged that they expect me to drive four hours round trip to resolve the issue when I'm willing to pay for shipping. "
