"I had a problem after delivery and needed to call Samsung Service for a service request. My dryer wasn't working properly. Anyway, Samsung gave me the run around for two days. Finally I called the Staff at H&H Gregg where I purchased the Dryer and within 24 hrs someone was at my home and fixed the problem....Thanks."

"I purchased a washer and dryer online because h.h. gregg had the best deal I could find. I could not find a delivery date online so I tried to call their customer service dept. and was on hold 30 mins before anyone answered and then was immediately disconnected. I had to go to an appt. and while at it, saw I had a voice message from customer service saying they needed additional information for billing purposes. When I got home I tried to return their call to find out what they needed that wasn't completed online when I placed my order. I was on hold 50 mins. that time before someone answered and the person I spoke with didn't really know what they needed from me. I tried to ask some questions about when I could expect my washer/dryer to be delivered and the girl disconnected the call, I assume because she didn't want me to ask her anymore questions that she couldn't answer. Since it was late afternoon, I waited until the next morning and called customer service back asking to speak with a supervisor. I had been on hold another 30 mins. before they answered and told me it would be 4 hours before a supervisor would be able to return my call. Being fed up with the lousy customer service and lack of information about my order I just decided to cancel it. I will never do business with h.h. gregg again regardless of how good the prices may be and most definitely won't recommend them to anyone else. "
