"We ordered a Bosch Dishwasher on-line and received an e-mail that someone would contact us within 24 - 48 hours for delivery. This never happened. We had to call h.h. gregg to get an update on delivery. Delivery and installation where suppose to be free. We had to have an intense conversation with the person on the phone before they finally agreed we were correct and there would not be a charge. We received an automated message two days later that the dishwasher would be delivered the next day and someone would call us with a time between 7pm and 9pm. We did receive confirmation. The delivery driver arrived on time but was only doing a delivery; installation had not been scheduled. The driver (much better at customer service than anyone so far) contacted the installer and ask if he was scheduled. Installer said he was scheduled but didn't have the dishwasher. The delivery driver explained the situation. The only reason we are being kind enough with 2 stars is due to the delivery driver and the installation guys. Customer service from everyone else was awful and we will never purchase another thing from h.h. gregg."
"HH Gregg delivery service is fast and prompt. My experiences with the company has always been great. I love the delivery phone calls that give the three hour time period for the next day delivery . Then the follow up call that puts the delivery time in an hour time frame. They are very prompt. HH Gregg dont change a thing. Great service."
"I received no e-mail confirmation of my order, even though the money was immediately deducted from my account. When I called to get confirmation of order I was told to call store if I received no confirmation by delivery date. I called store on delivery date to be told they had received a shipment, but they didn't know if my order was in it. I later received e-mail telling me it was available for pick-up."
