"This was our first on-line order (store pick-up) item, a Samsung TV. The order process was pretty smooth and the TV arrived a few days ahead of schedule which was a "nice" suprise being my husband was anxious to get it for a special room in the house. Not to mention we also got a great deal on it! "
"HHGregg will try to sell you their wonderful 5 year warranty on purchased appliance. When my brand new dishwasher started to malfunction shortly after one month, they blamed the issue on me. The lock on the door did not lock properly causing the dishwasher to open during the washing cycles. HHGregg stated that they only cover mechanical issues, and the lock issue is cosmetic. Then they stated that I have done work around cabinets around the dishwasher, therefore the warranty no longer applied. That was a lie. Then they stated that the space for dishwasher was too small and I should had shopped with a contractor in order to understand the measurements. Wish I was informed of that upon the purchase. When I went personally to speak with the manager at the Pleasant Hill Road location, he told me that my problem has nothing to do with HHGregg and I need to leave his store. They are extremely unprofessional, rude and they don’t care about their customers after they take your money. Unbelievable! Stay away, run away!"

"I will never buy online from hhgregg again. I recently bought a refrigerator from hhgregg online, and the after purchase service was terrible. Absolutely the worst customer service experience I had in years. I called three times about their 'Price Promise' and was disconnected twice. Once after being online for over 25 minutes. The second consumer service rep sounded 'dazed and confused.' he didn't even know about the 'Price Promise.' It's the policy of the company your representing! When I finally got through, their team wouldn't honor it because the price has gone back up. I had a screen shot, but your team didn't have 'any records' of my calls. And that call was another 23 minutes wasted.
The price difference was only $60, but the experience made all the difference. I have $5,000 to spend on a 203k rehab for a kitchen in the next three weeks, and I won't buy from hhgregg online again.
I sent their customer service team an email about my experience. And not surprising, they never responded. "

I bouthg with instalation included and when I call to make the appointment, the person who answer, not to know about that and said me that I need to pay for this services and they don't know the charge. after three calls, when they make the appointment for today, nobody call me to let me know that your company don't do it. I need call again to know what happen, and make a new appointment I hope next monday you do it the delivery. I paid a one person in order to wait in the unit for the delivery. I am a old client to HHGREG, always buy in the Hialeah store and I never had any problem. I dont repeat the experience to buy by internet."
