"Absolutely, the worst customer service ever. Never buy from the company. I bought an obviously faulty silver washing cup After a week or 2 it started to rust. When I called the company to ask for a replacement in pewter, they promised that they would resolve the problem as soon as possible. Then, about 4 weeks later I decided to call the company again because the new cup had still not arrived. At that point they told me that they decided not to honor my claim (and seemingly thought that I would just forget about it). To be fair, they made up a BS excuse about the company changing ownership, and they tried to pawn my claim off onto another retailer who they were affiliated with. Anyway, long story short they bounced me between the two of them several times like a ping pong ball (over the course of 2 months) until I finally gave up and decided to write this review. Please note, that I would not write a negative review of a retailer unless I thought that there was something fundamentally flawed with their service policies.

MORAL OF THE STORY: If you plan to buy something on the internet, be sure that you use a reputable merchant. Otherwise, you may get ripped off with no recourse to get your money back or a non-defective item."

"Will never order from again. Was in the process of planning a wedding, which is why I ordered the product, so I lost my confirmation. But I returned shipped by priority and NEVER had an issue with someone not receiving something sent by priority. I'd have done better keeping item and selling it myself or giving away as a gift. And the product itself wasn't as advertised and was warped. Never again will I get any judaica from this vendor."
