"This company ****. Stay far, far away grom these people, they only care about your money and the parts you ordered will be missing parts and they will not return any of your emails. Bunch of crooks especially Ashley the crooked sales rep."
"Did not even get to place an order. They do not ship to Ireland.... Their response "Have it shipped to a US address and arrange onward shipping from there". Are you ****ing kidding me? If I had access to a US address I would not have needed to contact your brainless (obviously brain injury) staff.
I see your company has a track record for not giving a ***k, so I probably dodged a bullet.
I mean seriously! In this day and age not to offer international shipping. Get a grip!"
"I don't even know where to start. Other than having the sickest products out there, HkParts.net has always been there for me since day 1.
I had this question before ordering a product couple months ago, decided to ask through Insta. I wasn't expecting an answer as per the usual companies who would take 3-4 'work days' to get back to you and probably not fix the issue. But hey; HKParts contacted me right away, answered my questions and fixed my issue! And this has been going on for more than 1 order now, I can only thank companies like HKPARTS.NET that still have strong work ethics and the desire to hustle.
Thank you for existing HKPARTS.NET, you have a customer for life."
"I ordered an upgraded trigger kit for my HK416 22 LR... yeah, shipping was high but it didn't deter me.
Kit was cheap at about $17 (plus about $12 for shipping) and consisted of just a few tiny springs to install into the trigger group to ( supposedly ) lighten up the brutal stock pull.
Not bad to install... pretty much went as described.
Performance however was weak... at best, The trigger feel was not improved at all... and now the 416 would not cycle properly. Back to the drawing board with bolt speed adjustment... but still couldn't get the 416 to cycle properly. It was Jam City baby! AND the hammer spring they give you is so weak... it doesn't fire at all a lot of times! If it wasn't jamming, it was misfiring... not good. I tried a lot of different ammo... nothing worked well now.
So I decided to reinstall the oem springs, which was 100 times more difficult because they are that much stronger than the HKParts springs...I'm pretty able, but I won't try that again soon!
In conclusion... the HKParts trigger kit is a complete waste of time and money. Lesson learned.

"It isn't enough that HKparts.net prices are high but I was hoping that the quality would be warranted. Unfortunately when I went to check out they wanted to charge me $16 to ship. I live about 2 miles away from their office so that seems unreasonable. The gal that I spoke could have cared less. After reading some of these reviews, maybe I dodged some other problems.
Ready wanted to support a local business but they weren't interested.

"Part described as “precisely machined” and “finest available” What we received looked awful. Very rough finish. Bad dimensions, asymmetric halves, and unrecognizable from their online photos. Can’t get through on the phone despite their web-site boasting helpful staff “ready to hear from” us. The latent email replies are dismissive and rude (takes many attempts and much prodding to conjure any reply), ignoring the grievous reason for the RMA request, demanding the return item be PADDED and BOXED , forbidding the use of a padded envelope... despite the fact the items were shipped to us in a... wait for it... PADDED FIRST CLASS ENVELOPE!
Total disappointment. RTG Parts in Wyoming had BETTER oem/factory authentic virgin German components, which were a STUNNING improvement compared to the hyped-up billet parts offered by HK Parts. Pays to shop around."
"I purchased mags for my pistol. Upon receiving them, I examined them and found identical cracks down the back of them all. Near the bottom there were machines blemishes that someone attempted to hide with a black marker of paint. I immediately sent an email with pictures of the mags side by side. I received a computer generated response. It been over three weeks and I haven’t heard anything from their so called review. I wrote them again 3 days ago and got a response that my purchase had been delivered. No mention of my issue. 50.00EACH for defective product and Unsat customer service is not acceptable"
"Fast shipping and did a great job packing my order. Quality products.
Thank you!!"
"Parts don’t work and you are screwed!! Sewer rats!!!!"
"Bought some parts for HK. Clips do not worry and grip for the wrong gun. No one returned calls. They sent a rude email and want a 20 % restocking few. Do business with at own risk."
"updated because HKParts took care of my issue"
"Request a return through the RMA email Process and never get an email back. Then email them and never get an email back. Call them get a recording on both numbers and never get a call back. That's why there's credit card disputes and reviews. "
"We've been shopping with HKParts for years and they have products that no other store has available. If there's ever an issue with an order or a question about a product, we call HKParts and the staff their are friendly and super informative. Their prices are fair and they stay usually stay in stock of the products we like. Shipping is usually really prompt unless there's a spike in orders for whatever reason.
5/5, great company, great staff

"Ordered some parts from "HKParts.net" for a Customer of ours, then discovered parts ordered would not fit the application due to our Customer's error in identifying their rifle. We immediately tried to cancel the order but could not get anyone on the phone. We left multiple messages on the 6th, 7th and 8th that went unreturned; THEN the parts were shipped on the evening of the 8th. Upon arrival we found one chipped up handguard and a poorly repainted flash suppressor that was sold to us as "NEW" (you'd think they would have at least cleaned the carbon off the inside). I requested a return authorization explaining the situation and requesting a full refund on the parts stating that we'd eat the shipping both ways but requested no "restock fees" given the circumstances. We received an email two days after this request stating in part "Please review the return/exchange policy below as the terms and conditions are firm...20% restocking fee" and "must be sent back in 100% brand new condition, with all of the original manufacturer packaging" which given the circumstance seemed like a bad joke. Instead of wasting more time dealing with this "outfit" we figured our time was better spent warning all of you. Don't believe us, just do a Google search on these characters (HKParts.Net or Adam Michael Webber, of Salt Lake City) and it will tell you all you need to know. I wish I had done so before dealing with them. As the title says, avoid at all costs!!! From now on I'll stick to reputable firms like RTG Parts or Gatewood Supply. Fair warned is fair armed."
"I received an item that was obviously used before. If I spend cash with a company, I expect there to be quality control on their products. After deciding the product wasn't even worth the hassle of returning for how cheap it was, I installed it just to find that its actually defective as well, which is probably why it was returned to them in the first place. Customer service was not bad, it wasn't great either. I get the impression they couldn't really care if they have an unhappy customer, maybe they take it personal when there is a complaint. Last time I purchase anything from them, I should've known better than ordering from a company that still operates on a .net"
