"I ordered a sun visor with LCD screen on Oct. 12th. On Oct. 13th they billed my credit card. I never received a shipment confirmation or tracking number. On Nov.14th I emailed their customer service department inquiring about my order. On Nov.15th I received an email requesting an address conformation, which I immediately responded to (they had my correct address). I have received nothing from them since.
I would advise everyone to stay away from this store.

"Best to avoid this store. The prices are very good,
and the shipping is cheap, but it turns out they are
based in Hong Kong (not mentioned in their web
pages, but they conceded this via email. Their
workflow is not clean: they claim they will send
a shipping notification, but did not. They claim
"delivery time will generally take from 3 to 5 business days after the shipping date", but then
say elsewhere it might take 7 to 12 days. In
a subsequent mail they wrote "It takes 7-15 business days to arrive". Sure enough, it has
been 15 days and I am still waiting.

It is probably worth paying the extra 20% to
get things shipped from a US company which
will ship in the time frame they promise.
