"Our grandson went into MUSC's Children's Hospital unexpectedly and quickly with mom and dad by his side. As grandparents, we were out of state and felt helpless not to be there with them. We decided to order something to be delivered but were afraid it wouldn't get there in time before they got discharged. From the MUSC's Children's Hospital website, their gift shop offered same day delivery on several items. This was great! I had no sooner placed the order and within minutes, my daughter was calling from their hospital room to thank us for the wonderful surprise. My grandson was so excited to get his green teddy bear and get well balloons. They sent us a video of him playing with them, It was priceless! Thank you so much Hospital Gift Shop, you not only made their day but also helped us not feel so helpless and so far away! "

"I wish I would have read reviews prior to using this company. The sad thing is that the hospital has a link to this companies website next to the information for their gift shop. So, I thought I was doing right by their recommendation. I ordered flowers for my mother in law and I have had to call them multiple times. Each time they keep promising that the flowers are out for delivery and as each day passes no flowers. They said they refunded me the delivery fee which they have not. Now I'm trying to call them again to get my money back. I see from reading other reviews that I am going to end up disputing the charge with my bank."
"This company is far from what they pledge , there online website states that they are compassionate and professional. They delivered a way smaller arrangement that looks nothing to what I ordered and in addition it was missing flowers, very disappointed! I have given them the opportunity to rectify the situation and they show no compassion for there mistake! All they were able to do is offer 30% refund when it was there mistake!They have lost a long time customer !

"This company is horrible and I don't know how they are still in business! I ordered flowers for a family member that was sick in the hospital since I could not be there with them. Well they never received the flowers while they were in the hospital when I called to notify them that they never received the flowers and that my family member was being discharged they said they would re route the flowers to their no at no extra charge, well 5 days later, multiple calls and assurances that the flowers would be delivered she has still NOT received any flowers! I finally had to call my credit card company to dispute the $60 that I had spend on the flowers that my family member never received. HospitalGiftShop.com wanted to charge a $5 cancellation fee and a 20% restocking fee for something that was their own fault! They are absolutely horrible I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE! "
"Sent upgraded flowers with teddy bear and candy. Flowers were fine, teddy bear was soaked in water with bits of dirt sprinkled about, and the candy did not show up at all. To make matters worse, I called customer service. The representative apologized and said she'd have to check with the supplier to figure out what went wrong. She said she'd get back with me. Well, It's been since before Thanksgiving and still no call. I would have expected at least a refund for the missing candy. Would NEVER order through this business again."
"We had thought we were getting flowers delivered from a gift shop within a hospital, but actually hospital gift shop, in many instances, does not have locations within particular hospitals. Hospital Gift Shop failed to deliver flowers ordered to celebrate a baby's birth for two-half days despite repeated calls and their assurances they would make the delivery. Later on a rep called and tried to argue that this was "normal" on weekends. I had to call my credit company to stop payment"
"I spent $65 to send flowers with a stuffed bear and mylar balloon to a young lady in a children's hospital. I was SO disappointed by the very cheap quality of the flowers and stuffed bear. The flowers weren't arranged at all - just looked like they were stuck in the cheap plastic vase. I could've gotten much better quality for much less money at a grocery store. And the stuffed bear was one you would find for $1.00 at a dollar store. It certainly didn't look like I spent near that amount of money. I definitely feel I wasted my money. The balloon was not delivered and that's the only money their Customer Service Dept. agreed to refund - the $5.00 spent for the missing balloon. Ridiculous."
