Product is great but vendor is not

"I placed an order with HPFY for a foam cleanser I have been using to care for a loved one for 3 years. My credit card was charged immediately. It is now 5 days later and the order still has not shipped. Despite this, I have received 2 emails inviting me to review my experience with HPFY and with the product. Okay, here is your review. I sent a message via chat inquiring about my order and got no help there either. There are other vendors that carry this same product but I thought I would stay loyal to HPFY and also save a dollar or two with a discount code. Next time I will know better."

Poor Service

"Ordered 6 #500 Drive neb kits, received only 4. Customer service phone line investigating it. Unclear according to customer service agent when or if, I will be receive the 2 missing kits. Ordered kits in a timely matter to take away on an upcoming vacation. Doubtful I will receive the kits in time for my trip. Customer service agent, after a 10 min conversation, informed me I have to now go on CHAT to discuss with a supervisor to make sure I get the Kits in time. Apparently my time is of little concern to HPFY Customer Service."

Lack of confidence

"The last time I placed an order, it was for 3 belts with special instructions. The belts were delivered and all of them were incorrectly constructed. They were useless to me. I realize that “special instruction” belts are not returnable. When placing this new order I wanted real clarity about what I was ordering and I asked for a supervisor to be included in the order process. I also wanted to request some consideration for the totally unusable belts I received last time. This was not to be, so I placed my order anyway. These belts are costly, and I have ordered many of them from you. I hope there won’t be a problem with this upcoming order and I would like a competent supervisor to reach out to discuss a credit ."
